Brief facts of the case:-
Case in hand is the allegation of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice by the O.Ps for non replacement of Desktop HP 290 – A0009IL Dual Core Sl. No.8CG821B8D8 Computer which the complainant sought redressal.
The O.Ps not appeared though notices has been duly served and made exparte.
The complainant is present during the course of hearing and submitted that from the date of purchase the OPs have not given proper service to the computer set. Hence the O.Ps be directed to give proper service and replace the defective parts without charging price and extend one year fresh warranty .
The complaint petition is allowed in part.
To meet the ends of justice the following order is passed.

In resultant the complaint petition stands disposed off on exparte against the O.Ps.
The O.P. No.1(Manufacturer) is directed to remove all the defects of Desktop HP 290 – A0009IL Dual Core Sl. No.8CG821B8D8 Computer including replacement of defective parts if any free of cost enabling the complainant to use the same in perfect running condition like a new one if the complainant approached the O.Ps to rectify the defect of his set and shall provide all sort of after sale service to the complainant as per the terms and conditions of the warranty of the aforesaid set with extended further six months fresh warranty.
The O.P No. 2 (Dealer) is ordered to refer the matter to the O.P. No. 1 (Manufacturer) for early compliance of the above order and co-operate the complainant for better co-ordination with the O.P. No.1 (Manufacturer) to provide satisfying service for which he is entitled.
The entire directions shall be carried out with in 45 days from the date of receipt of this order. Parties are left to bear their own cost.
Miscellaneous order if any delivered by this commission relating to this case stands vacated.
A copy of this order be provided to all the parties at free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or they may download same from the confonet.nic.in to treat the same as if copy of order received from this Commission.
The judgment be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
File be consigned to the record room along with a copy of this Judgment.
