Perused the case record and found that the complainant and her husband has filed several cases for different vehicles vide C.C. No. 67/2022, CC No.68/2022, 69/2022,70/2022,71/2022 and 72/2022. For the same transaction cases have been filed suppressing material facts. It is presumed that the vehicle is meant for commercial purpose. The complainant has not come to the Commission with clean hand, accordingly the case is dismissed.

               C.C. No. 66 of 2022 is also disposed of accordingly. Order pronounced in open court on 19^th day of August 2023 supply free order copies to the parties.
