Advocate for both parties are present. Perused the case record and found that the complainant is having multiple vehicles from different finance/Banking institutions for his business. The complainant filed different cases in this commission Viz. CC.65/2023, CC.74/2023, CC.75/2023, CC.76/2023 & CC.77/2023. So the complainant availed the vehicles for commercial purpose. The contentions of the Ops are found to be true and correct. The complainant is not coming u/s 2(7) of C.P. Act, 2019; as such the complainant filed by the complainant is not maintainable Hence, dismissed on contest. Accordingly, this C.C. is dismissed of supply free copy to the parties.
