              The case record is put up on prayer of the complainant. The complainant files an application praying for an order permitting him to withdraw the case on the ground stated therein. The complainant is present. Heard the complainant and his Ld. Lawyer. It is submitted by the complainant and it is also his contention in the petition filed today that his dispute with the Op has been settled amicably and as such he prays for permission to withdraw the case.

            Upon such circumstances, the complaint is permitted to withdraw the case.

            Hence, the case is disposed of accordingly.
