Complainant is absent. Advocate for OP No. 2 files a petition praying for dismissal of the case as complainant does not want to proceed with the case. Heard perusal of record it is found that complainant is absent on consecutive two dates and today is also absent on repeated calls. Last chance was given to complainant for appearance & filing of objection on the submission of OP No. 2 that the case has been settled between both parties out of the Forum. In absence of complainant is presumes that complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case and the case has been settled out of the Forum. As such the complaint is dismissed for the default of the complainant.
