Vivek Malhotra, aged 29 years son of Sh. Inderjit, R/o Lahali(124), Distt. Rohtak.

  2. HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited IRDAI Registration No.101 Regd. Office 13th Floor, Lodha Excelus, Apollo Mills Compound, N.M. Joshi Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai-400011 through its Director.

Present:       Shri Parveen Jogi, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Shri Atul Mehta, Advocate for the opposite parties.

 

                   Ld. Counsel for the opposite parties made a statement that their full and final settlement has been effected with complainant for Rs.30,000/-(Rs.Thirty thousand only) and they will make the payment within 60 days after depositing the copy of aadhar card, pan card and one cancellation cheque original to the company by the complainant.

                    Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and he will deposit the above said documents within 10 days to the opposite parties and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed of with direction to the complainant to deposit the abovesaid documents to the respondents within 10 days and thereafter, opposite parties are directed to pay the alleged amount of Rs.30,000/-(Rs. Thirty thousand only) to the complainant within 60 days, failing which opposite parties shall be liable pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 14.2.2022 till its realization. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
