ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to release a sum of Rs.2,46,345/- and Rs.59,204/- to the complainant’s firm current account and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for harassment, mental agony and deficiency in service with cost of the complaint.

 

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the contentions in the complaint.  Complainant also called absent for a long time.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
