The case of the complainant is that,
The complainant applied for a housing loan with the opposite parties on 30/06/17, through one agent named Gokul. For sanctioning the loan complainant entrusted the possession certificate of her landed property and location sketch along with the loan application. Thereafter complainant obtained one and same person certificate from her village office as directed by the first opposite party's Manager. On enquiry the first opposite party stated that all the documents and loan application are forwarded to the second opposite party and further stated that all further proceedings in this matter will be done by the second opposite party. Thereafter complainant remitted Rs.4250/- as processing fee as demanded by the first opposite party. Complainant made building plan and estimate with the licensed Civil Engineer by paying Rs.15,000/-. As such the complainant entrusted all the necessary documents for sanctioning the loan to the second opposite party.
After receiving all these documents, the complainant got a message from the second opposite party stating that her loan is sanctioned and

the application is approved as No.627945581. Thereafter the complainant submitted a mini statement of her bank account to the second opposite party, as demanded. After all these the second opposite party manager informed her that they are not in a way to disburse the loan amount on the reason that there is no cartable way to her property. Complainant further stated that she took much pain for collecting all the documents as demand by the opposite parties, by availing leave from her office. After verifying all the documents and after collecting processing fees and after intimating that the approval of the loan application, rejecting the loan on some flimsy grounds is a gross deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. Against this the complainant approached this Forum seeking relief such as to direct the opposite parties bank to pay Rs.35,000/- as compensation and Rs.10,000/- as litigation cost and Rs.35,000/- for the damages caused to her.
Notices are issued to the opposite parties were served properly. Even after the receipt of the notice opposite parties failed to appear before this Forum and contest the matter. Hence after giving sufficient chances for appearance, opposite parties are set exparte. Ex-party evidence taken. Complainant was examined as PW1 and Ext.P1 is the copy of one and same person certificate, Ext.P2 is the copy of pass book, Ext.P3 is the copy of site plan.
Heard,
The point that arose for consideration is whether there is any deficiency in service from the part of opposite parties, and if so, for what relief the complainant is entitled to ?
The Point:- We have gone through the evidence on record and convinced that none of the allegation and records are challenged by the opposite parties. Hence the Forum is of a considered view that the version of the complainant is genuine and believable. But the complainant is failed to produce any evidence relating to the damages caused to her by way of loss of salary or others. Hence the complaint allowed. Opposite parties are directed to pay Rs.10,000/- as compensation and Rs.2,000/- as litigation cost to the complainant within
