Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

This case is taken up for consideration initially at 10:45 am and thereafter at 12:15 pm. At both times the complainant is found absent.

No Steps has been taken by the complainant.

No show cause has been filed.

The conduct of the complainant is clearly indicating that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. As the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case, this District Commission is of the view that there is no further necessity of continuing this case.

In the result it is accordingly

ordered

that the complaint case being no.225 of 2022 be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to costs.
