          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to reverse the fake and fraudulent debit transactions and to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- for the mental agony and Rs.25,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

        Memo recorded.  In view of the Memo this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No costs.
