                                                                                             JUDGMENT

            Complainant owner of multiple vehicles has filed this consumer complaint and after interim order 15.3.2023 has only paid 30% and thereafter no Emi has been paid and even 20%  of pending dues as per order dt.28.4.2023 has not been paid.

            Complainant being owner of multiple vehicles cannot be termed as consumer. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.   

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 28^th June,2024.
