They have settled their disputes before the National Lok Adalat held on 12.11.2022 at DCDRC, Cooch Behar.

The OP Bank have offered Rs.55,000/- to the Complainant for the disputes to which the Complainant Mr. Bijoy Sarkar has agreed.

The OP is hereby directed to pay a sum of Rs.55,000/- to the Complainant in three monthly installments of Rs.20,000/-, Rs.20,000/- and Rs.15,000/- respectively within 20^th of every month commencing from November, 2022.

Hence, it is

            That the instant case be and the same is disposed off before the Lok Adalat with full and final satisfaction between the parties.
