            This case is taken up today on the strength of the advance memo filed by the complainant. The complainant stated that the dispute is settled out of court as he has already received the full and final amount of Rs.8200/- to his satisfaction from the O.Ps Flip Kart (Seller of Company O.P.No.3). So he filed this petition to close the case against the O.Ps and do not want to proceed further with this case. Hence prayed to drop the case. He also furnished the photocopy of Adhar card vide No. 5400 6892 2343. Perused the memo and the Adhar card to prove his identity, verify the record.  But the post of both Members are lying vacant.

                        As the complainant does not want to proceed the case and prayed to withdraw and  drop the case, in the best interest of justice the case is dropped as not pressed.

                         The office is directed to supply copy of order to the parties free of cost and a copy of same be sent to the server of www.confonet.nic.in for posting in internet and thereafter the file be consigned to record room.
