None appears on behalf of complt on repeated calls. On perusal we find three dates viz 18.8.09, 22.7.09 and 7.10.09 were fixed for admission hearing. Ld. lawyer for complt prayed for time to file certain documents necessary for admission hearing on previous two occasion viz 18.8.09 and 7.10.09. Today coplt has not taken any step. So it resonably appears to us that the complt is not at all interested to proceed with the case. Hence, the petition of complaint stands rejected.
