            On perusal of the order-sheet, it is seen that the appellant did not address his arguments on admission in spite of several opportunities.  Hence, we consider the appellant is not interested in continuing the case. Mere filing of memorandum of appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant. As such the appeal is liable to be dismissed.  Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.

            Forward copy of this order to both parties as well as concerned District Commission.
