Present:- Sh.Vishal Pruthi, Adv Counsel for Comlainant.

Office report seen. Heard. Apparently the complainant seems to be a consumer and complaint is within limitation and this Commission has pecuniary and territorial jurisdiction to proceed with the complaint. The same is admitted. Also the the complainant along with his counsel tendered into evidence his duly sworn Affidavit alongwith some documents vide his separate statement.

Alongwith complaint, the complainant has also moved Stay application for directing the opposite parties not to recover any amount as alleged to the tune of Rs.4,33,680/- and further restraining them from disconnecting the electric connection Account No.3004826744 till the final disposal of the present complaint. Let Notice of the complaint as well as stay application be issued to the Opposite Parties No.1 to 4 for 1.2.2023. The Complainant has already deposited amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in the office of the PSPCL/OPs, which is duly accepted by the OPs and same are mentioned in Ex.C-4 i.e. Status Report and Ex.C-5. Certified copy of Account Statement of Complainant. In the meanwhile, OPs are restrained from disconnecting the electric connection of the complainant, subject to deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- in addition to the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- already deposited as referred above within 15 working days. On depositing the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/- the OPs are restrained from recovering any amount to the tune of Rs.4,33,680/-.

File put up today on the application filed by Counsel for Complainant for withdrawl of complaint. Statement of S.Partap Singh, Complainant along with Counsel Sh.Vishal Pruthi, Advocate recorded that since the PSPCL/OP has rectified its bill with regard to connection of the Complainant. As such, at this stage, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by Complainant in Person alongwith his counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
