Complainant not present, Opposite party present and submitted that, the version already sent to the complainant is returned stating that "insufficient address". In the Forum version filed on 25.05.2015. Since the complainant not appeared before the Forum on last two occasions and the notice send from the Forum and the version send by the opposite party is also returned stating that insufficient address. Hence the Forum have no option to proceed with the case. Hence the complaint is dismissed for defaults.

Pronounced in the Open Forum on this the 10th day of June 2015.
