This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to cancel the above referred Loan agreement bearing No.CHE34957 and to return the EMI amount of Rs.4,30,000/- to the 1st opposite party and Rs.3,91,000/- paid to the opposite parties 2 to 4 and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service, financial loss, mental stress and agony with cost to the complainant.
Proof Affidavit of the complainant and opposite parties 2 to 4 are not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint and contentions raised in the written version. Both complainant and the opposite parties 2 to 4 and their respective Counsels absent for a long time. Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
