This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to direct the 1^st opposite party to cancel the above referred Loan Agreement bearing No.CHE34929 and to return the EMI amount of Rs.2,99,916.5 paid to the 1^st opposite party and Rs.3,60,000/- paid to the opposite parties 2 to 4 and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service, financial loss, mental stress and agony with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant and opposite parties 2 to 4 are not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint and contentions raised in the written version. Both complainant and the opposite parties 2 to 4 and their respective Counsels absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
