This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to cancel the above referred Loan Agreement bearing No.CHE034920 and to return the EMI amount of Rs.2,86,699/- paid to the 1^st opposite party and Rs.3,72,000/- paid to the opposite parties 2 to 4 and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service, financial loss, mental stress and agony with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint. The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
