THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to pay a  sum of Rs.1,50,000/- for the loss and damages and Rs.2000/- towards registration cost and also to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

        Both counsel present and filed joint Memo of  Compromise.  Complainant counsel made endorsement also.  In view of the endorsement this complaint is dismissed as settled out of this Forum as with drawn.   No cost.
