JUDGMENT
Final Award under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been passed 09.8.2021, where as consumer complaint has been filed on 21.4.2022 as such the consumer complaint is not maintainable. As such the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
