Complainant is absent without any step. Today is fixed for passing necessary order in respect of admissibility of the case. On the earlier date (i.e. on 21.04.2015) complainant was heard. Perused the documents on record. It is evident from the case record and documents produced by the complainant that the cause of action has not taken place within the jurisdiction of this Forum. More so, complainant is unable to produce a scrap of paper to prove that any correspondence has been made with the OP. Prima facie there is no jurisdiction to file the case for admission and proceedings.

In such circumstances, the complaint case being no. CC-30/2015 be and the same is dismissed summarily being not admitted without any cost.
