            The case of the complainant in brief is that due to the disturbance  in the net work in the mobile connection provided by opposite party he suffered very much during conversations.  Though he preferred a complaint before the customer care of the opposite party they did not care to rectify the problem faced by the complainant.  Further   after filing complaint the customer care services are barred from his mobile connection.  That apart due to net work irregularities and lack of clarity in the calls he could not attend many calls from Gulf countries where he is doing business.  Thereby he had suffered both monetary loss and humiliation.  Therefore the complaint claiming a compensation of 10,000/- rupees with a cost of 3,000/- rupees.

2.         On receipt of notice though opposite party appeared through a counsel, they later neither filed version nor turned up to defend  the case.  Therefore opposite party had to be set exparte

3.            Complainant examined as PW1.  He deposed in tune with the complaint.  He further stated that due to his inability to attend important calls from Gulf where he is doing business, he suffered monetary loss and mental sufferings.

4.         In  order to controvert the evidence let in by the complainant opposite party did not take any steps nor they adduced any evidence.  Therefore  the evidence of complainant remain unchallenged.

            In the circumstances, the complaint is allowed and opposite party is directed to pay a compensation of 10,000/- rupees to the complainant together with a cost of 2000/- rupees. Time for compliance is  limited to 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of order.  Failing which 10,000/- rupees will carry interest @ 9% from the date of complaint till payment.
