Both the parties are present with their Ld. Advocates.
Both parties have settled their disputes before the National Lok Adalat held on 12.11.2022 at the Office of the President, D.C.D.R.C., Cooch Behar.
O.P. No.1 offered Rs.72,333/- for full and final satisfaction of the claim of the Complainant. The Complainant accepts the offer and prays for settlement of the claim.
Both the parties have agreed. Accordingly, the case is settled before the Lok Adalat of 3 Member bench at Cooch Behar on the basis of settlement between the parties.
The O.P. No.1 is hereby directed to deposit / submit an A/C Payee cheque of Rs.72,333/- in favour of the Complainant, Sri Dhiman Chaudhury within one month from the date of this order.

That the instant case be and the same is disposed off with full and final satisfaction of the parties.
