This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.3,51,903/- together with interest at 18% p.a. from 09.03.2015 to till the date of payment and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony  and deficiency in service with cost of Rs.5,000/- to the complainant.

 

Fresh Notice to the opposite party not taken for a long time through correct address.  The complainant is called absent for a long time.   The complaint is dismissed for default.
