Both parties are present. Ld. Lawyer for the op by filing a petition has stated that they have no objeciton if the complainant withdraws the present case because the dispute has been compromised by way of one time settlement, copy served. Ld. lawyer for the complainant also by filing a petition has prayed for passing necessary order for withdrawal of the case. Having due regard to the circumstances, and hearing the ld lawyers of both the sides complied with the contents of both the petitions the case is disposed of on full satidsfaction by way of amicable settlement and the complainant is premitted to withdraw the case.
