Ld.Advocate Mr.U.L.Shah for the Complainants, Ms.Vijaya More, Ld.Advocate for the Opposite Party and Mr.Sourabh Deshpande, Legal Officer for the Opposite Party are present. Both the parties have submitted consent terms and they have admitted contents of the consent terms & signatures. The Complainant has given P.O. of Rs.15,000/- to the Legal Officer - Shri.Deshpande. In view of consent terms permission is granted to withdraw the complaint hence, complaint is disposed off as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
