Dhr prays for issuance of non bailable warrant of arrest as against Jdr.

Issue non bailable warrant of arrest as against jdr fixing 16/08/2018 for E/R of non bailable warrant of arrest.

Ld advocate for the Jdr is present along with draft and he also informed the Dhr who has reached the court to receive the draft.

The Jdr has handed over a draft of Rs. 23,005/- drawn on Axis Bank, Shakespeare Sarani Br. being draft no 875420 dt 12/07/2018.

In view of the said fact let the execution case be disposed of on full satisfaction.
