            Ld. Advocate for the OPs is present. The complainants are absent without taking any step.

Today is fixed for taking steps by the OPs.

Ld. Advocate for the OPs file Memorandum of Understanding duly executed by the complainants and the OPs.

Heard the Ld. Advocate for the OPs who submits that the dispute in question between the parties has been amicably settled out of the Forum and in terms of such settlement, the complainants have received a DD of Rs. 45,000/- from the OPs as full and final settlement.

We have perused the Memorandum of Understanding executed between the parties to the complaint and found that the dispute in question between the parties have been amicably settled out of the Forum. It further appears to us that the complainants have received a DD being No. 547516 dated 27.12.2019 for Rs, 45,000/- from the OPs as full and final settlement.

In view of the above aspect, we are inclined to dispose of the instant consumer complaint in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding.

Hence,

Ordered

That the consumer case be and the same is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding executed between the parties. Memorandum of Understanding be made part of the order.

No cost is imposed upon any of the parties.
