ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                 JUDGMENT

            It is submitted by the counsel for opposite parties that complainant has not carried out order dt.26.10.2022 passed by this Commission and failed to pay one installment and also subsequent installments till date and the vehicle is being damaged due to lying idle.

            Counsel for complainant is not present. For non compliance of our order we impose cost of Rs.1,000/- on complainant and dismiss the consumer complaint and the opposite parties are free to take action as per their agreement. Thus the consumer complaint is dismissed with cost.    

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 21^st June,2024.
