ORDER

30/04/2009 An interim order has been passed in this case on 33/01/2009. The opposite party was directed to release the vehicle bearing No. KA-41/3342 in favour of the complainant and the complainant was directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- with opposite party Finance Company. As per the above direction the opposite party had released the vehicle in favour of the complainant on deposit of Rs.50,000/- towards the loan amount by the complainant. Therefore, the complainant has got the relief in view of the interim order. The prayer of the complainant in the main complaint is also to the effect that opposite party be directed to release the Lorry in his favour. Therefore, this prayer has been already granted to the complainant by way of interim order. The learned Advocate for the complainant submitted that the complainant is depositing the EMI with the opposite party Finance Company and the complainant will go on paying loan as per the payment schedule. Therefore, there remains no dispute between the parties. The matter has been settled. The complainant has already got the relief. Hence, the complaint is disposed off and the matter is closed.
