Complainant absent.  Perusal of the order sheet clearly discloses that, the complainant is continuously absent on all the dates of hearing and further he is not diligent to proceed with the case.  Even though the complainant has stated that the OP insurance premium has been deducted for his S/B account and it has not been sent to the concerned insurance co., but he has not placed any material before the court to substantiate his contention inspite of granting several opportunities.  Hence the complaint has not been admitted and it is rejected.
