Sh.Jeewanjot Singh, Counsellor/Representative of OP. ORDER The representative of OP has tendered two cheques, first cheque No.542322, dated 24.01.2011 amounting to Rs.35,000/- and second post dated cheque No.542323, dated 24.02.2011 amounting to Rs.40,933/-, both drawn on Canara Bank, Sector 17-C, Chandigarh, for payment to the complainant in compliance of the orders passed by this Forum. The representative of complainant has accepted the aforesaid two cheques and withdraws the present execution application subject to realization of the cheques and with liberty to file fresh execution application, if need be. Statement of both the parties to that effect has been recorded separately. Keeping in view the above, since the complainant has withdrawn the present execution application, subject to realization of aforesaid two cheques and with liberty to file fresh execution application, if need be, the same is allowed and the present execution application as well as MA No.124/2010 filed by the complainant stands dismissed as withdrawn.
