                                                                                                         JUDGMENT

            Vehicle in question bearing Regd. No.OD-15-N-5979 has already been auctioned/ sold on 19.01.2024 but the consumer complaint has been filed on 16.02.2024 stating therein that the vehicle was forcefully taken away on 02.01.2024.

            Relationship between complainant and opposite parties is that of debtor and Creditor and admittedly the complainant was a defaulter. Hence we find no deficiency in service and accordingly order dtd.23.02.2024 stands vacated and the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost. 

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 20^th July,2024.
