The Complainant no.2 being minor is under the guardianship of the complainant no.1. 

    The Compromise petitionfiled earlier on behalf of the complainant and the Opposite parties is placed for order today.

 For the contents of the compromise petition it appears that the both parties have compromised this case out of court and the complainant has been issued with updated statement of accounts and therefore he has now no grievance against the Opposite Parties.

The Compromise petition has been signed by the complianant as well as by the Opposite party no. 3,

 Heard both the parties and perused the compromise petition.

Accordingly the instant complainant petition is dispoed off in the light of compromise petition aforesaid.
