          Today, Sh. Satnam Singh owner of Bhathal Farm has made the following statement

“Stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and I am ready to pay Rs. 17,000/- to the complainant in lieu of compromise.”

          Sh. Palwinder Singh complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that I have accepted the offer given by the opposite party and today I have received Rs. 17,000/- from the opposite party and my claim has been satisfied. Now nothing is due towards the opposite party. I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.”

          In view of ibid statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
