1.      The Manager, Bharti Airtel Limited, Plot No. 21, Rajeev Gandhi I.T. Park, Chadigarh.

2.      Sanjay (CP Code No. 49999 and Sales Exectuve No. CHD-SA-005 A) C/o The Manager, Bharti Airtel limited, Plot No 21, Rajeev Gandhi I.T. Park, Chandigarh.

 

                                                                                                –          Opposite Parties

 Present:          Sh.Balvinder Kumar, Husband/Authorized Representative of the    complainant.

Sh.Sanjiv Pabbi, Advocate for OP No.1.

OP-2 ex-parte.

                        ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Sh.Balvinder Kumar, Husband of the complainant has filed his authority letter. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Sanjiv Pabbi, Advocate for OP No.1.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties and as per the settlement the total amount of Rs.3000/- will be paid to the complainant within one month from today i.e. 17.09.2010.

 

            Statement of Sh.Balvinder Kumar, Husband/Authorized Representative for the complainant.

 

I accept the above statement given by counsel for OP No.1. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly”

 

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP No.1 would pay Rs.3000/- to the complainant within one month from today i.e. 17.09.2010.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
