                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP. Power of attorney filed on behalf of the OP.

                At this stage, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties. So, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

                In view of statement of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
