On the strength of a call for petition filed by both parties record is put up today.

Both parties filed a joint compromise petition to withdraw the execution case in view of settlement of claim by OP/Jdrs. In view of the amicable settlement complainant/Dhr does not want to proceed with the case.

Heard Complainant/Dhr expressed his satisfaction on OP/jdrs & endorsed his signature on the order sheet seeking direction of the Commission to drop the proceeding. He also produced his Adhar card bearing No. 5308 8511 0778 for his identification.

As complainant/Dhr is satisfied with OP/Jdrs & does not want to proceed with this execution case, we have nothing to disallow the joint compromise petition filed by both parties. Accordingly the petition is allowed. The execution proceeding is dropped/dismissed in view of compliance of order by OP/Jdrs & satisfaction of complainant/Dhr.
