          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to rectify the EMI of Rs.1,42,162/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- towards deficiency in service and also pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- towards mental  agony and to pay cost of the complaint.

        The complainant counsel filed Memo stating that the matter is settled out of Forum.   Hence the Memo is recorded.   In view of the Memo this complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  No cost.
