Judgment
The complainant is present in person through Ld. Advocate. Today is fixed for S/R. The complainant files a petition with a prayer to withdraw the case. Hence the petition of the complainant is heard.
The complainant categorically stated before this Commission that she is not willing to proceed with the case further more and she put her signature on the withdrawal petition at her own accord without having any influence from any corner. She further stated that she put her signature on the petition of complaint after going through the same.
The complainant is not willing to proceed with the case so there is no predicament to allow her withdrawal case.
Hence,
Ordered
that the complainant is permitted to withdraw her case and the let the case be disposed of for non- prosecution.
The case need not be placed before this Commission on 12.11.2021.
Let the plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per the provision of the CPR, 2005.
