             Ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH has made a statement that he has received cheque no. 212933 dated 25.11.2016 for Rs. 1146/- from the respondent-JD and now nothing is due towards the respondent-JD. Thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

             Keeping in view the above statement, the present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
