The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is present.

The case is taken up for hearing on the point as to admission.

Heard the argument on the point of admission.

In order to substantiate the case it is the bounden duty of the complainant at least to prove prima facie that there are some materials on record is existing for further proceeding. On a careful perusal of the materials on record and going through the photocopies of connected papers this Commission is not at all impress and or inspire to say anything positive for further proceeding of this case.

Rather it may be noted that this Commission is of the view that this case is liable to be rejected accordingly.

The instant case is rejected as there is no prima facie materials on record to proceed further.
