Complainant is present and files a petition praying for withdrawing the instant case on the ground of pecuniary jurisdiction.

At the time of admission hearing, it is noticed by the District Commission that the instant case is filed for claim of amount of Rs.8356535/- only whereas the limit of the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Commission is Rs.5000000/- only. 

So, the complainant by filing a petition prays to withdraw the case. Heard and considered.

that the complainant is allowed to withdraw the case with liberty to file the same before the appropriate Commission.

The case is disposed of on satisfaction of the complainant.
