                                                                                                           FINAL ORDER
Sri Anupam Bhattacharyya, Presiding Member.

The instant complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying for recovery of Rs.901/- from the Opposite Party/Bank.
By filing another petition the complainant states that she is not willing to proceed with the case as the dispute has been settled amicably between the complainant and the Opposite Party. She also files money -receipt of Rs.1401/- from the OP Bank with full satisfaction.
From  today's petition as well as the money-receipt submitted by the complainant, it appears that the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case as her grievance stands redressed. So, we should not stand on the way of her pious wishes.
Therefore, we are of the view that the case be disposed of being withdrawn as the grievance of the complainant stands redressed with full satisfaction.
     Hence,
Ordered
that the Consumer Complaint No. 122/2015 be and the same is disposed of being withdrawn with full satisfaction.
