This case coming on this day for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri A.Abdul Rahiman and Sri H.Md. Ghouse, Advocates for the complainant and Sri B.Ravi Prasad, Advocate for the Opposite Party and after perusing the material papers on record and after hearing the arguments of both sides, the Forum delivered the following:

I.A.116/2014 is allowed and the matter is reopened. Joint memo filed by both parties stating that as advised by elders, both parties came up for compromise and matter is settled out of Forum and hence memo may be recorded as settled out court and the complaint may be disposed of without costs.
In view of the above joint memo filed by both parties, the above complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum, without costs.
