          Complainant is absent.  Shri Bargal Dilipkumar, Manager of opponent No.1 is present.  Other opponents are remained absent in spite of intimation sent to them.  Intimations sent to them were returned by the postal authority with endorsement “left”.  Under the circumstance, since the complainant failed to take effective steps to prosecute this complaint, we pass the following order :-

1.       Complaint stands dismissed for default.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
