          The petition of complaint filed by the complainant for admission but on careful perusal of the materials on record, it appears that it is categorically mentioned in the agreement made between the complainant and the O.P. Ajanta Hotel & Utsav Restaurant that ‘Under any circumstances the Function Date cannot be changed and Advance Amount will not be refunded’. Under such circumstances this Commission does not found any regularities on the part of the O.P. on the question of refunding advance amount in question.

          Hence, the petition of complaint is admitted and be rejected.
