2.         Nodal Officer, C/o Bharti Air Tel Office, C-25, Industrial Area, Phase II, SAS Nagar, Mohali.

3.         The Manager, Bharti Air Tel Limited, Plot No.21, Rajiv Gandhi Technology Park, Chandigarh-160101.                                                                       Opposite Parties

 

Present:            Complainant in person.

OP No.1 ex-parte.

Sh.Sanjiv Pabbi, Advocate for OP No.2 & 3.

                         ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Sanjiv Pabbi, Advocate for OP No.2 & 3.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP No.2 & 3 will make the payment of Rs.1100/- to the complainant within three weeks from today i.e. 2.7.2010, towards full and final settlement.

 

Statement of Sh.P.P.Ghai, Complainant in person.

 

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Sajiv Pabbi, Advocate for OP No.2 & 3. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.”

 

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The No.2 & 3 would make the payment of Rs.1100/- to the complainant within three weeks from today i.e. 2.7.2010, towards full and final settlement.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
